Admin Settings for Sales Engagement

The Sales Engagement module lets you set the admin settings for the Sales Engagement. You can view the email requests, manage the users/teams, view and create email templates and do much more.
To access the module, follow these steps.

Login into Aviso, and from the left hand side menu, Select Admin.

Under Sales Engagement module, select Sales Engagement.
Requests
In the Requests section of the Sales Engagement module, you can easily view and manage the status of email content requests. This allows SDRs and managers to ensure that all outgoing communication is properly vetted and adheres to company guidelines.
Here is the information you can view for each request:
- Username: The name of the SDR or team member who created the email content request.
- Continent: The geographic continent where the SDR or sales operation is based.
- Region: The specific region within the continent for which the email content is being prepared.
- Request For: The purpose or subject of the email content (e.g., campaign, product inquiry, etc.).

Status: The current status of the request, such as 'Pending Approval,' 'Approved,' or 'Rejected.'
This setup allows teams to track and manage their email communication effectively while maintaining consistency across the board.
Users/Teams
In this section, you can view and add users or teams for the Sales Engagement module. Using the drop-down arrow, you can choose whether to view existing users/teams or add new ones as needed.
You have the ability to add new users and manage existing ones through the list view.
In the User List View, you can see the Names/User IDs, Email, Permissions of all users and have the option to edit or delete their profiles under the action column.
To add a user, select Add User and complete the required fields, including username, email, and assigning their permissions as either Admin or User.
Note: You can view, and perform the same functionalities for Teams.
Email Templates
In the Email Templates section, you can view all the pre-existing templates along with their details, such as:
- Template Name
- Created On
- Shared With
- Status
You can also take actions like editing or deleting a template. To add a new template, click on Create Template and fill in the required information, such as the subject.
Email Settings
In the Email Settings section, you can choose the settings you'd like to view from a drop-down menu.
By default, the information for All Accounts is displayed, including:
- Username
- User Email
- Email Service
- Status

Created On
Under Domain Configuration, you can configure the domain you'd like to use for sending emails.
In the Blacklisted Domains section, you can add domains to blacklist and prevent emails from being sent to specific prospects.
In the Daily Email Limit section, you can set a maximum limit for the number of emails sent per day.
Sequence Templates
In the Sequence Templates section, you can view existing templates, including details such as:
- Template Name: The name given to the sequence template.
- Date Created: The date the template was created.
- Shared With: The teams or individuals the template has been shared with.
- Shared Users: Users who have access to the template.
- Status: The current status of the template (e.g., active, inactive).
You can also perform actions such as:
- Edit Template: Modify the existing template.

Delete Template: Remove the template from the system.
To create a new template:
- Select Create Template.

A pop-up will appear requesting sequence details such as:
- Sequence Name: Provide a name for the sequence.

Description: Add a brief description of the sequence.

After entering the required information, add steps to the sequence to complete the template creation.
Preferences
In the Preferences section, from the drop-down menu, you can choose between
Preferences or Contact Stage.
Under Preferences, you can configure settings such as:
- Allow verifying prospects during import
- Allow adding one prospect to multiple sequences
In the Contact Stage section, you can view the different contacts stages and can also edit them.
