Revolutionizing Smart Conversational Tracking

In today's data-driven world, capturing the essence of customer conversations is critical for making informed business decisions. The Smart Tracker feature in Admin Settings redefines how organizations track and analyze keywords during calls. Unlike traditional keyword trackers, Smart Trackers employ cutting-edge, user-trainable AI to identify exact terms and concepts expressed unexpectedly. This advanced capability ensures a comprehensive understanding of discussions, enabling businesses to uncover hidden patterns, gauge sentiment, and respond proactively to emerging trends. With Smart Trackers, you can transform raw conversation data into actionable insights, enhancing decision- making and fostering growth.

To add a new keyword Tracker, follow these steps:

  1.   Log in to Aviso. Go to the Dashboard.

  2.  From the left-hand side menu, Select Admin.

  3.  Under Customize Analysis, Select Keyword Tracker.

  4. You will be redirected to the Keyword Tracker settings page. Here you can create a new keyword tracker for your calls, or can even view and edit the existing trackers. To create a new tracker, Select +Create New Tracker.

  5. An Add Tracker pop-up will appear asking you to fill in information such as the Tracker Name, and the Keywords you want to select for the tracker. You can choose as many keywords as you wish to add for a particular tracker. Select Add to add the tracker.

  6.  You can also edit and delete an existing tracker. To edit a tracker, Select Edit. A pop-up screen will appear wherein you can edit the tracker information.
