Aviso AI lets you perform administrative activities such as adding users and reps, modifying privileges, and managing hierarchy in the Aviso AI application.
After you log in to Aviso AI, click Admin from the left side menu to open Admin screen. The Admin screen is accessible only with Admin access and lets you perform all the administrative activities.
Aviso AI is integrated with various sales enablement tools to read (and write back in some cases, such as writing back to CRM) data and help you with revenue intelligence. Aviso AI is integrated with CRM, emails, calendars, phone calls, support ticket systems such as Zendesk and ServiceNow, learning management system, and marketing automation system.
Aviso implementation team requires the following from your Salesforce environment or any other CRM that your organization uses:
- access to your Salesforce environment or any other CRM. Aviso AI connects to the CRM and syncs data at a periodic interval to provide you with the latest data available in the CRM.
- hierarchy defined for each user in the CRM. The user hierarchies and permissions in Aviso AI are defined based on this data. However, you can customize it according to your need.
- details of deals and pipeline.
- customer and prospect contact information.
All the screens in Aviso AI are customizable. For example, you can have your own formula to show a sales number in the Deals screen and add a customized business report from the Report screen. Let the Aviso implementation team or Customer Success Manager know what data you want to see that best suits your requirements along with the readily available AI forecast data on various screens in Aviso AI.

Initially, Aviso implementation team gives you access to Aviso AI and sets up hierarchy based on the existing hierarchy in your CRM or your requirements. After the initial setup is complete, you can add someone as follows-
