Health Score Configuration- Admin Flow
The Health Score Configuration is a pivotal metric in account management, offering a quantifiable measure of an account's overall health, engagement, and potential risk. Configuring the health score ensures that it reflects the most relevant factors for your organization, helping prioritize efforts, allocate resources, and strengthen client relationships.
To configure the Health score, follow these steps:
- Log in to Aviso.
- Go to the Dashboard. From the left-hand side menu, Select Admin.
- From the Coaching tab, Select Account Health Score Configuration.
Here, you can configure the following:
Status Configuration
You can define the status, color, and rules of the health score:
- Assign statuses (e.g., "Healthy," "At Risk," "Critical") to specific score ranges.
- Choose colors (e.g., green for healthy, yellow for moderate, red for at-risk) to visually differentiate account statuses.
- Define rules that automatically update the status based on the account’s score.
Configuring Weightages
This feature lets you define scoring rules for groups and sub-groups based on specific metrics. You can adjust the scoring period and modify existing weights or create new ones.
Creating New Group
- Select the + Create New Group option.
- Provide the Group Name and specify its Weightage (%).
- Save the configuration to include it in the health score calculation.
Editing a Group
- Select the pencil icon in the Action column.
- In the pop-up screen, update the Group Name and Weightage (%) as needed.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Editing a Sub-Group
- Select the pencil icon in the Action column of a sub-group.
In the pop-up screen, update:
- Group Name
- Metric
- Scoring Rules
- Click Save to finalize changes.
Defining Scoring Rules
You can define scoring rules for metrics such as emails based on Count and Range, tailoring the calculation to fit business needs.
Deleting Groups or Sub-Groups
- Select the Delete icon in the Action column.
- Confirm the deletion to remove the group or sub-group from the health score calculation.
Changing Scoring Rules Period
You can update the scoring period for both groups and sub-groups to reflect recent or historical data trends. This ensures that the health score remains accurate and actionable.
