The Manage Users feature within the Admin module allows you to oversee all registered user accounts, control their access, and adjust roles and permissions. This functionality ensures the organization has proper access management, maintaining the integrity and security of the system.

To manage a user, follow these steps:

  1. After you log in to Aviso AI, from the left menu bar, open the Admin screen.
  2. Under User Management, select Manage User.
  3. You can access the following functionalities there:
    • Search Users: Administrators can quickly search for users by name, username, or other attributes to locate their profiles efficiently.
    • User List Display: The system provides an overview of each user’s account, including important details like:
      • Name: The full name of the user.
      • Username: The unique system identifier assigned to the user.
      • Email: The user’s registered email address.
      • Function: The role or department associated with the user.
      • User Type: This field categorizes the user (e.g., administrator, customer, CI only, etc.).
      • Last Login: The date and time when the user last accessed the system.
      • Status: The current status of the user account (e.g., Active, Inactive, Suspended).
      • Actions: Options to edit or modify the user’s profile, roles, or delete the account if necessary.

This streamlined view enables administrators to manage user profiles quickly and efficiently while maintaining full control over the system’s access management.
