The Recording Settings module in Aviso allows you to manage the permissions for recording web conference calls, ensuring control over what is recorded and how it is processed.
How to Configure Recording Settings in Aviso
- Log in to Aviso and from left hand side menu, select Admin.
- Under Data Capture, select Recording Settings.
- Web Conference Call Settings
These settings allow you to control what aspects of a web conference are recorded. Follow these steps to configure:-
Should Aviso record internal web conference calls?
Choose whether to enable recording for internal meetings where only company participants are present. -
Should Aviso record video?
Select this option if you want to include video along with the audio of web conference calls. - Should Aviso record when no internal participant is identified?
Enable or disable this option based on whether you want recordings to continue even if no internal participant is identified in the meeting. -
Stop recording if no internal participant is identified:
If this option is enabled, Aviso will automatically stop recording when all internal participants leave the meeting. -
Select the name of the recording bot:
Choose a designated recording bot for your meetings from the available list. This bot will handle the recording process during the web conference. -
Select sources for which insecure meetings also need to be considered:
- Choose web conferencing platforms or sources that may not have security protocols in place but still require recordings.
- Ensure to include all relevant web conferencing sources.

Should Aviso record internal web conference calls?

Call Analysis:
Enter the shortest length of the call to be analyzed by Aviso. The default minimum length is 30seconds.
Calls shorter than this duration will not be included in Aviso’s call analysis reports. - Click Update.
