Sales Pitch Adherence Enhancing Consistency and Effectiveness
Sales Pitch Adherence is a key feature in the Admin module that empowers organizations to standardize and elevate their sales strategies. By defining clear guidelines and parameters for sales conversations, this feature ensures that all sales representatives deliver consistent, high-quality pitches aligned with the company’s value propositions and objectives. Beyond fostering uniformity, it serves as a training tool, a performance metric, and a compliance safeguard, enabling sales teams to operate more effectively while maintaining brand integrity. With customizable settings, Sales Pitch Adherence adapts to diverse business needs, ensuring relevance and maximizing client engagement.
- Log in to Aviso. Go to the Dashbaord.
- From the left-hand side menu, Select Admin.
- Under Customize Analysis, Select Sales Pitch Adherence.
- You will be redirected to the Sales Pitch Adherence page. Here you can view the existing sales pitch or even create a new pitch.
To create a new pitch, Select +Create Pitch. - The Create Sales Pitch pop-up appears. Here you can add the Pitch Name. Select Create.
- Once you have specified the name, you can upload or write the sales pitch.
You can also edit the pitch name by selecting the pencil icon next to the name. - You can assign the sales pitch to a deal stage. To do so, Select the deal stage from the drop-down menu.
- You can also assign the team to a sales pitch. To do so, Select the team from the drop-down menu
- You can add your sales pitch in the Add Context section. Once you have added all the details,
you will be able to view the sales pitch information in the Tracking Configuration section.
Here you can edit an existing category or add a new category for your sales pitch. - Once you have added all the information, Select Save Configuration to save the details.
