I can’t see some recordings of my team members under the Recordings tab in the Collaboration Workspace
Problem: Some of the recordings hosted by your team members are not shown under the Recordings tab in the Collaboration Workspace.
Solution: There is a filter in the Recordings tab. You can see the values (All recordings, My team recordings, and My recordings) in this filter per the
configuration made by your admin.
- All recordings- As a sales leader or VP, by selecting All recordings, you can view recordings of all the meetings hosted by sales reps and leaders that come under you.
- My team recordings- As a team leader, if you select My team recordings, you can view recordings of all the meetings hosted by your team members.
- My recordings- If you select My recordings, you can view all the recordings hosted by you.
To view recordings of meetings shared by your team members, you must be a sales leader. Select My team recordings or All recordings to see all the recordings hosted by your team members.
