Use Aviso Mobile app on the go

Whether you are at your workstation or away from the workstation, sometimes being updated on your sales figure and taking required actions are important.
Aviso lets you use the Aviso platform from wherever you are, using the Aviso mobile app. To log in to Aviso mobile app, ensure that you have access to the Aviso platform. The same credentials work for both the Aviso browser version and the mobile app version.
Aviso mobile app is available in Google Play Store (Android version) and The App Store (iPhone OS version). Install the Aviso app (Aviso AI) from the app store and log in using your Aviso credentials to use the Aviso features on your mobile phone or tablet.
Note
The Aviso mobile app has some features of the Aviso platform, and Aviso is working on bringing in the other features.
Note
Aviso lets you opt for all the capabilities (modules) or some selected capabilities. For example, your organization may have opted for only the
Forecast module or the Conversational Intelligence module. Like the browser version, the Aviso mobile app also shows the modules your organization has opted for.
Install the Aviso mobile app on your device by following these instructions:
- Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your Android or iOS device.
- Search and install Aviso AI app on your mobile.
- After installing the app, tap Next button to learn more about Aviso's features, or tap Skip to skip all the learning instructions.
- Click LET’SFORECAST and enter your Aviso credentials to start using the Aviso AI mobile functionalities.
After you log in, the Dashboard screen appears. From the Dashboard screen, you can navigate to the Deals, Forecast, WarRooms, and Menu (More) screens by tapping the icons at the bottom of the screen.
View notifications through Aviso mobile app
Aviso AI notifies you of various sales events to educate or alert you on certain sales discrepancies. Tap the notification icon on the top of the Dashboard, Deals, or Forecast screen in the Aviso mobile app to open the Notification screen and view the notifications.
Use hierarchy and filter to view specific opportunities
On the Aviso mobile Dashboard, tap Sales Team to various hierarchies based on your sales team and choose the correct hierarchy. As a sales rep, you can view the opportunities assigned to you. As a sales leader, you can view opportunities accessible at your level.
Click the filter icon to select from the available opportunity types such as New, Upsell, Renewal, and so on, and view the associated opportunities.
