The AccountRooms in the Aviso platform serves as a dedicated virtual collaboration space tailored to each client account. It is designed to centralize communication, streamline teamwork, and enhance coordination among internal stakeholders working on the account. By bringing all relevant discussions, resources, and updates into a single workspace, this sub-module ensures that teams stay aligned and focused on achieving client goals.
The sub-module supports threaded conversations, making it easy to follow discussions and reference past interactions. It also allows tagging team members and setting priorities to ensure that important updates receive the necessary attention.
To access the module, follow these steps:
- Log in to Aviso. Click Accounts from the upper menu bar.
- You will be redirected to the Accounts page. Here you can view the list of all the currently available accounts in the system.
- Click on the Account Name for which you want to view the detailed information. Switch to the Account Rooms tab.
- The Account Room is a space for all the contacts associated with the account to share their messages and files and also set tasks. The contacts can also see the progress of the tasks that are assigned.
- Click the Settings icon to edit the Workspace Name, Email Address and other notification settings.
