Create and manage dashboards with NLP Analytics Share NLP Analytics Dashboards with other team members Examples: sample NLP Analytics queries

Aviso NLP Analytics lets you enter any sales queries in the natural English language and provides you with comprehensive sales analytics (report) to help you better understand your business for the selected hierarchy and quarter. It is preconfigured with keywords based on the sales terminology you use in your sales organization so you can use the same terminologies to get the desired reports. You can also pin the reports and create a dashboard.
For example, you can enter “opportunities by stage” in the search bar, and it will show the amount (opportunity) by various stages such as prospecting, qualifying, confirmation, and so on. There are more examples later on this page.

  • These filters let you further drill down and view more actionable sales insights.
  • You can select from multiple ways of visual representation to look at the data, such as Stacked bar graph,
Stacked Column graph, and so on. Clicking on any bar in the graph allows you to drill down further to know the details of any information.
  • Click on Signals & Insights icon to view the sales insights generated by NLP Analytics.
When you hover over the insights, a Play icon appears at the bottom of the insights section that lets you play a video format of the insights.
  •   Click Visual Options to customize the graphs with different colors and customization options.
  • You can maximize the insights view, download the insights into various formats,
and go to the Dashboards by clicking on the menu icon.

Create and manage dashboards with NLP Analytics

You may use some of the sales queries (NLP Analytics reports) very often and want to pin those so you can open those reports with one click. NLP Analytics lets you pin reports and create intuitive dashboards.

To create a dashboard from NLP Analytics, you can first generate a report, pin it, and create a dashboard. Alternatively, you can also visit the dashboard section first, directly create a dashboard, and add reports to it.

  1. When viewing a report, click the Pin to Dashboard icon.
  2.  Under Pin to Dashboard, perform the following.
    1. If you want to create a new dashboard, enter a name of the dashboard in the Create a dashboard to pin field.
    2.  If you already have a dashboard and you want to add this report to the existing dashboard, find the dashboard by entering the name of the dashboard in the Find a dashboard to pin field and select the dashboard.
  3. You can enter any note about the report in the NOTES field. It's an additional information you can add that would appear above the report on the dashboard.
  4. Click Submit.
    A confirmation message appears.
  5. Click More Action (Menu icon) > Go to Dashboard to view your dashboards.

The Dashboard screen appears and shows all your existing dashboards.
  6. Click on the dashboard you want to open.
Your dashboard opens and gives you more useful actions to present, share, and manage the dashboard.
  7. Click the Present icon to generate a presentable format of the report. You can use it to present in a meeting.
  8. Click the Share icon to share the report (editable or read-only) with the other team members.
  9. Click the Menu icon and then click Show filter to open the filters.
There are predefined attributes configured based on your sales data and specific
terminologies you use in your sales organization.
You can use those attributes to apply more filters on the dashboards and get your desired sales insights.
  10.   When you open a dashboard on the NLP Analytics screen, it is by default refreshed to fetch the latest data.
It is also refreshed at every 10 minutes. However, if you want you can schedule refresh or
refresh at the moment by clicking Schedule refresh or Refresh respectively.
  11. Go to Settings to update your dashboard such as changing the name, adding tags, and note.

The Setting section also gives details of the dashboard such as any scheduled refresh,
who created a dashboard, last modified, and so on.
  12.  In the Add tag field, you can add a tag to the dashboard.

Adding a tag is a way to categorize the dashboards. When you have multiple dashboards,
along with the names, you can also use tags to categorize them.

Share NLP Analytics Dashboards with other team members

Aviso NLP Analytics lets you share the dashboards with other team members (Aviso users). You can share a dashboard as a read-only or with edit options.

  1. Go to NLP Analytics Dashboard page.
  2. Click on the Share icon.

The "Share Dashboard" dialog box appears.
  3. In the "Share Dashboard" dialog box, from Selecta Dashboard dropdown list,
select the dashboards you want to share.
If you shared this dashboard in the past with any team members, the dialog box shows the names of those members.
The following screenshot shows that the user has shared the dashboard before with a team member with edit options.
  4.   (Optional) Enter a note in the blank field below the Selecta Dashboard dropdown list.
  5. Select Read Only or Editable based on whether you want to share the dashboards as read-only or with edit options, respectively.
  6. In the Share With field, enter the names of the team members with whom you want to share the dashboards.
If you previously shared a dashboard with any team members, their names appear below the Share With field.
If you want to share the dashboard with these team members, select their names from the list.
As you can see from the following screen shot, there is a green color tick mark against the selected team member. This is to ensure that you are sharing the dashboard with the team members.
  7. Click Share Now.
    A confirmation message appears.
The shared dashboard appears on the recipient's NLP Analytics dashboard section.
