The MEDDPIC score in the Conversational Intelligence (CI) module provides a data-driven evaluation of deal progress by analyzing communication patterns, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with the MEDDPIC framework. It helps sales teams identify gaps in conversations, uncover critical decision-making insights, and ensure consistency in addressing key deal components.

To access MEDDPIC insights in the CI module, you can follow these steps:

1.  Log in to Aviso. Navigate to the CI module.
2. You will be redirected to the CI Dashboard. Navigate to the Recordings tab.
   
3. Select the deal recording for which you want to view the MEDDPIC insights. Click Smart Transcript.
   
4.  Here you will be able to view a summary of the meeting transcript. Within the Sales Methodology tab, you can configure MEDDPIC metrics and their summaries, which are automatically generated by Aviso's data science module using insights from meeting transcripts.
