Filters -  Last Period Filters: Key Metrics Note

The Reports Module is a powerful tool for tracking the performance, activities, and engagement levels of Account Executives (AEs) and sales teams. This module provides sales managers with insights into individual and team metrics, enabling them to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Each report type in this module offers different insights and can be filtered based on various criteria to provide targeted information.

You can access the team health score and track its trend by clicking the View Trend option.

 

Filters

-  Last Period Filters:

  •  7 Days (7d),fi5 Days (fi5d),30 Days and More: Filters activity metrics such as total email count, meetings, and new accounts touched for the specified period.
  •  Quarter-to-Date (QTD): Captures data from the beginning of the current quarter up to the present day, providing a broader performance trend.

 

Key Metrics

  1. User: Displays the names of individual AEs, allowing managers to track their contributions, engagement levels, and overall performance.
  2.  Rating (this metricwill be available soon): A performance score or ranking based on engagement levels, activity, and other KPIs, offering a quick assessment of an AE’s effectiveness.
  3. Meeting Trend: Tracks the number of meetings conducted daily over the past 7 days. Each node in the trend graph represents a specific day, showing the count of meetings held, helping managers visualize engagement /uctuations over time.
  4. TotalEmailCount: Indicates the total number of emails sent by each AE, along with an average across all AEs. It includes an increasing or decreasing trend based on the selected period filter, offering insights into communication frequency and engagement with prospects and clients.
  5. TotalMeetingCount: Re/ects the total number of meetings conducted by each AE and provides an average across all AEs. The trend analysis derived from the selected last period filter helps assess client-facing activity and overall engagement levels.
  6. New Accounts Touched: Represents the number of newly engaged accounts within the selected period. It displays an average for all AEs and includes trend analysis to track growth or decline, useful for measuring outreach effectiveness.
  7.  Deals Sourced byAE &Deals Sourced byOthers: Highlights the number of deals directly initiated by an AE as well as deals assigned to or in/uenced by an AE but sourced by another team member. It provides an average count across all AEs and helps assess collaboration and cross-team deal contributions.
  8. BestCase&NewPipelineCreated: Projects the best possible revenue outcome based on current deals in the pipeline and represents the value of new opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
  9. Closed and Commit Amount: Re/ects the total revenue from closed deals and committed sales within the selected period.


    Note

    Upon clicking the trend for each AE, a pop-up screen appears on the right-hand side, displaying detailed insights related to each metric. This allows managers to access granular data and make informed decisions based on individual and team performance. For instance, for Total Email Count you can view the trend graph for the total email count over the selected time period as well as list of Outbound and  Inbound Emails.
