The Agentic AI Workflows Library in Aviso is a modular framework comprising a robust suite of autonomous AI agents, each engineered to execute specific sales and revenue-centric tasks with minimal human intervention. These agents operate using predefined workflows and contextual data inputs, enabling dynamic execution of use cases such as Account Planning, Intelligent Email Generation, Pre-Meeting Briefs, Forecast Insights, and more.
The library facilitates scalable automation by abstracting complex logic into reusable, task-specific agents, enhances decision intelligence, and supports seamless integration into existing sales processes. This architecture empowers revenue teams to accelerate operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy and contextual relevance across engagements.
To access the Agentic AI Workflow Library, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Aviso.
2. Go to the Dashboard.
3. From the left-hand side menu, Select Agentic AI Workflows.
4. Select the Library tab, as shown in the image.
5. In the left-hand pane, you can use the search bar to search for a particular AI agent. You can also mark an agent as a favorite and see the list of all the agents you have marked as favorites here.
Pre-Meeting Brief Agent
The Pre-Meeting Brief AI Agent in Aviso’s Agentic AI Workflows Library is designed to streamline and simplify meeting preparation for revenue teams. Instead of spending valuable time gathering information from multiple sources, users can search for upcoming meetings using an account name, opportunity, or email ID, and instantly generate a structured, data-rich brief. Each brief includes meeting objectives, participant details, recent email and call summaries, historical context, key insights, and suggested talking points. By delivering timely and relevant context in a single view, this AI agent helps sales teams enter meetings better prepared, improve alignment, and drive more productive conversations.
To access the Pre-Meeting Brief Agent, follow these steps:
- Use the Search Bar to search for the Pre-Meeting Brief agent.

You will be redirected to the Get Pre-meeting Brief Agent page.

In the Deal search bar, search for any deal for which you want to view the pre-meeting brief. Click Get Pre-Meeting Brief.

You will get a list of all the available meetings for that particular deal. Select the particular deal and click Continue.

You will be able to view the pre-meeting brief and all the associated information with that particular meeting for your selected deal.
Email generation
The Email Generation Agent leverages agentic AI principles to draft context-aware, personalized, and goal-driven email content autonomously. It is designed to reduce manual effort, maintain brand tone, and ensure consistency in business communication across marketing, sales, and customer support functions.
To access the Email Generation AI agent, follow these steps:

From the Agentic AI Workflows library, select Email Generation.

You will be redirected to the Email Generation Workflow, wherein you have to provide the details as shown in the image below.

If the Contact is listed in the CRM, the system will provide you with a success response, and you can then proceed to generate the email.

In the next step, you'll need to select the buying center, customize the value proposition content (which will be included in the email), and define a clear Call to Action. You also have the option to personalize the email introduction, though it's not mandatory.

Based on your provided details, the AI will generate three email options for you.
Account Plan
The Account Plan Agent is a powerful tool within the Agentic AI Workflows Library, designed to help you develop a deep, strategic understanding of key accounts. By consolidating account-level intelligence into a single workflow, it enables you to plan proactively, identify risks and opportunities, and align your engagement strategies with the account’s business goals. This workflow brings together data from multiple sources—CRM, financials, and strategic objectives—into a unified, easy-to-navigate interface that supports smarter decision-making and more impactful planning.
Follow the steps below to launch and use the Account Plan Agent effectively:

Go to the Agentic AI Workflows Library and select Account Plan Agent from the list of available workflows.

In the search bar, enter the account name and click Search Account.

From the list of CRM results that appears, select the appropriate account.

If the Account Is Not Listed
Turn on the toggle labeled “Can’t find the account in the list above” to manually enter the account name.-
Alternatively, if the account is a publicly traded company, you can search using its stock ticker symbol to locate it.

After selecting or entering the account, click Run Workflow.
- Once the workflow is initiated, you will be redirected to the Account Plan screen. This section provides a detailed overview of the selected account, including:
- Executive Summary – A concise overview of the account’s current state
- Strategic Objectives – Key goals the account is aiming to achieve
- Fiscal Changes – Updates or shifts in financial direction or structure
- Upcoming Frictions – Potential risks, blockers, or anticipated challenges
- Opportunities Summary – Areas where growth, expansion, or engagement can be leveraged

Path to Plan
Path to Plan is a goal-oriented planning tool within the Agentic AI Workflows Library that helps you track progress against revenue targets, monitor deal flow, and visualize the steps needed to close the gap between your current performance and your strategic objectives. Whether you're working with an AI-generated plan or creating one from scratch, this workflow empowers sales and strategy teams to stay focused, accountable, and data-driven.
Below are the detailed steps to navigate, create, and manage a Path to Plan:

Go to the Agentic AI Workflows Library and select Path to Plan.

You can either:
- View an existing AI-generated Path to Plan

Or create a new custom plan from scratch

The AI-generated Path to Plan provides intelligent projections and strategic steps based on your existing deals and pipeline. It automatically maps out what is needed to hit your target by analyzing the stats, such as:
- Current deal values
- Expected close dates
- Gaps in performance

Remaining time and targets

To build a new plan manually, click Path to Plan, then select Create New Plan.
A pop-up window will appear where you can enter:- Plan Name
- Description (optional)

Plan Value (total revenue target)

Once your plan is created, you'll see a detailed breakdown of key performance indicators, including:
- Days to Go – Time remaining in the plan period
- Planned Total – Total target value
- Gap to Plan – The Remaining value needed to reach the goal
- Won – Value already achieved
- Cumulative – Running total of progress

Associated Deals – Deals contributing to the plan

You can perform various actions to keep your plan organized and up to date:
- Edit – Modify the plan name, value, or description
- Duplicate – Create a copy for a different team or quarter
- Delete – Remove obsolete plans

Share – Collaborate by sharing the plan with teammates

Buckets help you group deals within a plan based on custom logic such as deal stage, account type, region, or owner. Each plan can contain up to 11 buckets.
To add a bucket:- Click + Add Another Bucket

In the Add Bucket screen, enter:
- Bucket Name
- Color for easy visual identification
- Select Deals to assign to the bucket

Once done, click Add Bucket

After adding, the bucket will appear in the Plan Detail section, allowing you to monitor performance by segment and make informed decisions on where to focus effort.
Company Research
The Company Research agent in the Agentic AI Workflow Library helps you quickly gather actionable insights about a company before a meeting, during strategic planning, or while preparing for outreach. This workflow surfaces curated, AI-generated summaries from trusted sources, so you don’t have to manually search across the web or internal systems.
To access the Company Research, follow these steps:

Go to the AI Agentic Workflow Library and select Company Research.

Enter the company information, such as the Name. If the organization is public, turn on the toggle for Public Company and enter the company’s ticker symbol. You should also add the company’s value proposition to help tailor the research output.
- After submitting the information, you will be redirected to the Company Info page. Here, you can view detailed insights, including:
- History and background
- Mission and vision
- Product and service offerings
- Industry analysis
- Organization structure
- Industry terms
- Market position
- Competition landscape

Strategic Synergy using Thought Leadership
Strategic Synergy using Thought Leadership focuses on identifying areas where your company’s expertise, insights, and industry influence can align with a target account’s strategic goals. By leveraging thought leadership content—such as whitepapers, research, and executive viewpoints—you can create meaningful value connections, build credibility, and position your organization as a trusted advisor in solving high-priority challenges.
To access the agent, follow these steps:
1. Go to the AI Agentic Workflow Library and select Strategic Synergy using Thought Leadership.
2. Enter the Prospect Company information, Selling Company information, the Value Proposition, Choose The Thought Leader Framework, and Description of the framework. Select Run Workflow.
3. You will be redirected to the strategic synergy page. Here you can view the detailed info as per your selected thought leader framework.
Extract Sales Methodology Insights (MEDDIC)
This agent autonomously parses sales opportunity records, CRM data, and interaction histories to extract insights mapped to the MEDDIC framework: Metrics, economic buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion. It provides sales teams with structured insights for qualification analysis, helping drive consistent opportunity evaluation and deal progression.
To access MEDDPIC, follow these steps:
1. From the search bar, search for MEDDPIC agent.
2. Enter the deal name for which you want to search the MEDDPIC stat.
3. You will be able to view the MEDDPIC stats such as Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Maker, Decision criteria, Identify pain points, Champion, and Competition.
Find the Phone Number of a Contact
Designed to enhance outreach efficiency, this agent intelligently scans publicly available sources and connected data providers to locate and validate direct phone numbers for contacts. It ensures compliance and accuracy, minimizing manual research effort in prospecting workflows.
To access this agent, follow these steps:
1. From the search bar, search for Find Phone Number of Contact agent.
2. In the search bar, enter the email address of the contact.
3. You will be redirected to the Contact list page, where you will be able to view the Contact Details and Next Steps.
Enrich Company from Domain
This enrichment agent takes a company’s domain and autonomously populates key firmographic and technographic data—such as industry, size, funding, HQ location, and technology stack—enabling deeper account context and more personalized engagement strategies.
To access this agent, follow these steps:
1. From the search bar, search for Enrich Company from the Domain.
2. Enter the company domain for which you want to view the information.
3. You can view the organizational details, such as Company Overview, and Next Steps.
Enrich Person from LinkedIn Profile
The Enrich Person from LinkedIn Profile agent is designed to automatically extract and enrich professional data from a LinkedIn profile. By analyzing publicly available information, this agent identifies key attributes such as job title, company, experience, skills, education, and industry relevance. The enriched data enables downstream workflows—such as lead qualification, persona matching, and outreach personalization—to operate with increased accuracy and efficiency.
To access this agent, follow these steps:
1. From the search bar, search for Enrich Person from LinkedIn Profile.
2. At the next screen, enter the email ID/LinkedIn profile of the contact for whom you want to view the information.
3. Here you can view the contact details of the concerned person. In the Next Steps section, you can see what the next steps will be for the contact.
Opportunity Scoring AI Agent
The Opportunity Scoring AI Agent evaluates and ranks sales or partnership opportunities based on a range of dynamic criteria, including firmographics, engagement signals, deal stage, and historical conversion data. By applying machine learning models and rules-based logic, the agent provides a predictive score that helps prioritize high-potential opportunities. This allows revenue teams to focus their efforts where they’re most likely to yield results, boosting pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
To access this agent, follow these steps:
1. From the search bar, search for Opportunity Scoring AI agent.
2. In the next step, search for the Deal Name for which you want to view the opportunity scoring.
3. In the Opportunity Scoring list, you can view the Deal information, such as Deal Overview, Winscores & Insights, Summary of Activities, Recommended Actions, and Cadences.
AI Smart Topics
The Smart Topics Agent leverages advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis to extract critical insights from email threads and call transcripts. It automatically identifies key deal themes—such as objections, pricing discussions, competitive mentions, decision risks, and more—surfacing what truly matters in every conversation. By turning unstructured communication into actionable intelligence, this agent equips sales reps with the context they need to follow up strategically, tailor their messaging, and drive deals forward with greater confidence.
To access this agent, follow these steps:
1. From the search bar, search for the AI Smart Topics agent.
2. Use the search bar to search for a deal for which you want to view the smart topics.
3. You will be able to view the information such as Account Overview, Summary of Activities, Topics, Upcoming Meetings, and Recommended Action.
4. You can get more information, such as the Pre-Meeting Brief, and other Recommended Actions.
Pipeline Progression AI Agent
Track deal momentum with clarity. The Pipeline Progression Agent provides a dynamic, visual summary of how deals evolve through the sales funnel over a selected period. By highlighting key transitions—such as upgrades, downgrades, or losses—it offers sales teams real-time visibility into pipeline health and emerging risks. 2. Enter the user name for which you want to view the pipeline progression details.

Forecast & Insights AI Agent

1. From the search bar, search for the Contact 360 AI agent.
2. Enter the contact email to find the contact information.
3. Herein, you can view detailed contact information, a summary of the activities, and engagement over time, attributes, relationship map, and many other insights.
Pipeline Insights AI Agent
Stay ahead of pipeline risks and opportunities. This agent continuously analyzes deal progression to deliver real-time summaries, risk alerts, and actionable insights. It identifies deals that are stalled, at risk, or trending positively—enabling sales teams to focus on high-impact opportunities and proactively manage pipeline health.

1. From the search bar, search for the Pipeline Insights AI agent.
2. You can either enter the user information or the Hierarchy for which you want to view the insights.
3. In the Pipeline Insights section, you can view the pipeline information, such as Pipeline overview, Health Summary, Sales Team Performance, and Top Accounts.
Engagement Summary and Insights AI Agent
Turn engagement data into sales intelligence. This AI agent aggregates interaction data from emails, calls, meetings, CRM notes, and platforms like Slack. It detects key moments—such as risks, wins, and objections—using sentiment analysis and NLP, then recommends intelligent next steps. 1. From the search bar, search for the Engagement Summary and Insights AI Agent.
2. You can enter either of the following details to search for the deal: Deal Name, Period, or Account Name.
