Streamlining Contact Management A Comprehensive View of All Contacts
The Contact Module is designed to provide a comprehensive view of all contacts, streamlining access to key information and facilitating efficient communication and relationship management. Users can filter contacts based on different criteria to quickly locate relevant individuals and gain insights into their roles, engagement levels, and relationships with the organization.

Contacts can be filtered based on:
Deals, Accounts, or Users: This allows users to view contacts linked to specific deals, assigned accounts, or particular team members.
Seniority Role: Enables filtering by the seniority of the contact, helping users identify key decision-makers or influencers.
Contact Overview: For each contact, users can see essential information, such as:
ContactName: Displays the name of each individual.
Designation: Shows the contact’s job title or role within their organization.
Engagement Grade: Indicates the engagement level or quality of interaction with the contact.
Last Engagement Date: Provides the date of the most recent interaction, helping users track engagement recency.
Email ID: Lists the contact’s email address for easy communication.
CRM Status: Shows whether the contact is recorded in the CRM, enabling users to quickly identify if a contact is fully integrated into the CRM system.
To view detailed information for each contact, Click on the Connections. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will be able to view the following information for selected contact:
- Details Section: This area provides comprehensive information about each contact, including attributes such as decision orientation, role, political status, and coverage. You can specify the contact’s relationship to the deal and add any relevant notes.
- Notes and Actions: Allows users to add notes and specify actionable next steps for the contact, making it easier to manage follow-ups.
- Insights: Offers insights based on recent interactions with the contact, such as sentiment analysis and communication frequency.

Behavioral Insights: Provides advanced insights such as DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) analysis, showing the contact’s communication style and engagement preferences. You can generate personalized engagement emails, with Aviso integrating LinkedIn URLs if available.
