In the Admin module of Aviso, the "Add Team" feature allows users to create and organize teams within the organization's hierarchy. This functionality is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of teams and ensuring that every unit has a designated place within the overall framework.
You can add a manager node for a team at a particular hierarchy or at a selected parent node.
To do so, follow these steps:
- After you log in to Aviso, from the left menu bar, open the Admin tab.
- Under Hierarchy Management, Select AddTeam page appears.
- Perform any of the following actions to select the Node you want to rename.
- In the Search box, search and enter the node.
- View the node diagram and select the node. A breadcrumb appears below the search box and shows the selected node with hierarchy.
- Click the checkbox against the breadcrumb.
- In the Node Name field, enter a name of the group.
- In the CRM ID (Optional) field, enter CRM ID.
- A group is created and it appears in the hierarchy.
