The AccountOrgChart in the Aviso platform provides a visual representation of the organizational structure within a client account. This feature is essential for understanding the hierarchy, roles, and relationships of key stakeholders within the organization, enabling sales teams to develop informed strategies and build stronger connections with decision-makers.
This sub-module displays a dynamic, tree-like chart that maps out the reporting lines and relationships between individuals and departments within the client’s organization. Each node in the chart typically includes key information such as the individual’s name, title, role, contact information, and in uence or decision- making power within the account. By clearly outlining who holds authority, who in uences decisions, and how different roles interact, the AccountOrgChart helps sales teams identify the right points of contact for various stages of the sales process.
To access the module, follow these steps:
- Log in to Aviso. Click Accounts from the upper menu bar.
- You will be redirected to the Accounts page. Here you can view the list of all the currently available accounts in the system.
- Click on the Account Name for which you want to view the detailed information. Switch to the Org Charts tab.
- Here you can view the detailed org chart for the particular deal. You can also perform the following functionalities:
- Search: Find organizational charts for specific accounts.
- Customization: Modify the org chart by adding or removing contacts, helping build accurate in uence maps.
- ContactDetails: Clicking on a contact within the org chart provides in- depth information as found in the Contact module, including engagement
history, connections, and insights. - InKuence Mapping: Identify in uential contacts and adjust engagement strategies accordingly, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in key discussions.
