Add a sales representative (Rep) to Aviso AI. A user with Rep access is a part of the hierarchy (also called as node) and can use all the privileges in the Aviso platform except admin privileges. You can add a rep to Aviso platform by following these steps:
Important
A rep (node) can have only one parent node. You cannot add a node to two different parent nodes. If you try to add a node to two different nodes, you get the following error message- Not allowed to add children to non parallel parent nodes
Important
Before you add a rep that was removed in the past to any parent node, you must restore the rep, otherwise, you will get the aforementioned
error message.
- After you log in to Aviso AI, from the left menu bar, open the Admin screen.
- Under Hierarchy Management, select Add Rep. The Add Rep page opens up.
- Perform any of the following actions to select a node.
Note
A node is a part of hierarchy at any level from global to the
individual user as shown in the node diagram on the ADD REP page.
- In the Select One Parent Node field, search and enter the hierarchy to which you want to add the new Rep.
- If you want to select Global node, you can click the Global checkbox that is just below the Select One Parent Node field.
- View the node diagram and select the required node.
- In the Node Name field, enter the name of the rep you want to add.
- In the CRMID field, enter the first 15 digits of the CRM ID.
Note
You cannot add a rep if the CRM ID entered exceeds 15 digits.
- The newly added Rep appears in the Aviso platform after the next refresh.
You can manually refresh by clicking the refresh () icon.
