An organizational chart, often referred to as an "org chart," is a visual representation of the hierarchical structure within a sales department or organization. It is a valuable tool for understanding the relationships and roles of individuals or teams within the sales team, providing a clear and concise overview of the chain of command and reporting lines. The org chart in sales is instrumental in defining the distribution of responsibilities, illustrating the ow of information, and delineating the various levels of authority within the sales organization.
Org Chart at Aviso lets you create a hierarchy (organizational chart) of your key contacts from an opportunity or account, have a visual representation of your prospect's organization.
The Contact List in the Org Chart shows all the contacts saved in your CRM. Select the contacts, drag, and drop in the Org Chart to create a hierarchy. Drop a new contact over an existing contact to make it a branch of the existing contact in the hierarchy. Click Save to save the org chart of a tenant. Every contact shows an engagement grade to show their engagement level, LinkedIn profile so that you can easily open their profile in one click, and an email icon so that you can send them an email without opening another app.
Click the Menu ( ) icon on any contact and click Remove Relation ship or Remove from Org chart to remove the contact from CRM or remove it from the Org chart respectively. You can add an emoji to every contact for your reference. When the number of contacts is too big to search a particular contact from the hierarchy, use the search field to type the name of the contact and search. You can use the zoom option to keep the chart at the center, zoom out the chart, or zoom in the chart.
