Note:

The Contacts module in Aviso provides a centralized platform to manage and update contact information associated with different accounts. It enables users to efficiently view, filter, and update contact details, ensuring that CRM data remains accurate and up to date.

With intuitive search and filtering options, users can quickly find specific contacts based on various criteria such as Account, Title, Seniority, and Engagement Grade. Additionally, AI-powered recommendations highlight missing or outdated information, making it easier to maintain data integrity.

The module also allows users to enrich CRM records by accepting recommended updates or manually editing contact details. By streamlining contact management, this module enhances efficiency and ensures that teams have access to the most relevant and current contact information.

To access the module, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Aviso.
  2. Select Contacts from the upper menu bar.

  3.  You will be redirected to the Contacts module screen.

  4.   The Contact module lets you view the list of all the contacts associated with different accounts. You can view the contact information, such as the Name of the contact, Email, Account/Domain, Engagement Grade, Job Title, Seniority, Location, and much more.

  5.  You can perform the following functionality:
    -  Filters: You can filter the contacts that you want to view. From the Accounts drop-down menu, Select the Account(s) for which you want to view the contact information. Similarly, you can also filter the contacts based on Title, Seniority, and Engagement Grade.


    -  Search Bar: Use the Search Bar on the top right corner to search for a particular contact.
    -  Run Check: You can also run a check for the contacts that are not in the CRM. To do this, select the Run Check option from the upper menu bar.

  6.  The Contact columns marked with red are the contacts not updated in the CRM. To update the contact in the CRM, Select the contacts and Click Update Selected Contacts in CRM otherwise, Select Ignore Recommendations of Selected Contacts to ignore the recommendations.

  7.   Once you select Enrich Selected Columns in CRM, a confirmation message pops up as shown in the image. Select Yes, Sure.

  8. You can also edit the field information for the contacts. To do so, Select the contacts for which you want to update the information.
  9.  An Update Contact pop-up screen appears. Enter/Edit the information that you want to edit. Select Save Contact to CRM.

    Note:

    The contact fields marked with red show the recommendations for the field values/data that are identified with AI.
