Enrich your contact data and stay on top of your leads without manually updating the CRM contacts
Having a rich contact database is key to closing more deals, but it requires the sales reps to manually update their CRM contacts to enrich the same. The process of manually updating the contact database also wastes sales rep’s precious time. There are contact details hidden in many internal and external sources, which a rep can easily miss to store.
Aviso AI scans through various internal and external data sources such as meetings, emails, and calendars, notifies you of any new contacts or updates to the existing contacts, and updates the CRM contact database upon your approval. This way, Aviso AI helps you stay on top of your leads and lets you use your valuable time to focus on closing more deals.
After you log in to Aviso AI, from the left navigation menu, click Contacts to open the Contacts screen. The Contact screen shows new contacts suggestions, updates to the existing contacts, and recently added and ignored contacts. You can sync all the updates at once or check them and sync them one by one. When you check every contact, you have the option to sync data from Email signatures or third-party sources. When you update any contacts without checking or update multiple contacts together, by default, updates from the email signature are synced. The following image shows Contacts screen.
The notification also appears under the Relationship tab in the Deals screen. Clicking View in the notification opens the Contacts screen.
Click the menu icon ( ) next to the Contacts to view the recently added, ignored, or available contact details to add to your CRM contacts. From Show contacts details for dropdown list, you can select a prospect to narrow down the results and see only the contacts of the selected prospect.
Select one of the following cards to view available updates and add the updates to your CRM contacts.
- Updates available for contacts in CRM - Click View these Contacts on this card to view the list of existing contacts from your CRM with available contact details to update. Click Sync contacts to CRM to update your CRM contact database with this information in one click.
- New contacts available to sync with CRM - Click View these Contacts on this card to view the list of new contacts found in your email or third- party sources. These are the contacts with only email IDs and names. The other details are not available. Click Add Contacts to CRM to add these contacts to your CRM contact database in one click.
- New contacts with updates available to sync with CRM - Click View these Contacts on this card to view the list of new contacts found in your email. These contacts have the details such as name, email ID, title (current designation), seniority, telephone number, and engagement grade if interacted with them in the past. Click Add & Sync contacts to CRM to add these contacts and sync the details with your CRM contact database in one click.
While viewing the list of new contacts or contacts with available updates, you can review the contacts one by one. When you click a contact, the Enrich Contact dialog box appears and shows you all the available updates from email signature and the third-party vendor. You can select Data from the Email Signature or Data from the Third party vendor and then click Enrich & Sync Contact to sync the data to CRM.
You can also select the contacts from the list and click Update contact(s)to CRM or Add contact(s) to CRM button at the bottom to sync the available contact details with the CRM or add the new contacts to the CRM respectively. You can also click the upward arrow ( ) icon on the Update contact(s)to CRM button to override the existing information in the CRM or update only the blank fields.
