Efficiently Manage and Access Call Recordings with the Library
The Library is a comprehensive repository where all call recordings are stored, offering an organized space to access and manage these recordings. You can navigate through three main tabs: My Calls, Teams, and All, which allow for efficient sorting and retrieval of recordings based on your individual or team interactions.
The Home section displays all of your recordings in one place, providing an overview for easy access.
Additionally, you can Create Playlists to organize recordings by topic or deal.
The library also enables key actions like saving recordings to CRM, moving calls to different deals or accounts, and joining the call room directly.
You can upload recordings to specific accounts or deals, and if needed, Move Recordings to your personal list in My Recordings for future reference.
