Create an Executive Dashboard

Executive Dashboard lets you add those reports from the Report screen that you use frequently together and have a consolidated view of such reports from one place within your hierarchy. You can easily create a dashboard from the Reports screen and save it for future use. You can create multiple dashboards and modify them when you want. Here is an example of an Executive Dashboard where PIPELINE MOVEMENT, CURRENT QTR PROGRESSION, WIN AND LOSS, and EARLY SIGNAL CHURN reports are added.

Create an Executive Dashboard

You can create an Executive Dashboard from the Reports screen. After you create the Executive Dashboard, you can view the dashboard from the Executive Dashboard screen.

  1. Go to Reports screen.
  2. Open the first report that you want to add to the Executive Dashboard.
  3. After the report appears, click Add to Dashboard.

Select Dashboard To Pin Report dialog box appears. If you have created
Executive Dashboard before, the existing dashboards appear in the dialog box.
  4.  If you are creating Executive Dashboard for the first time, click +Create New Dashboard.
If you want to add the report to the existing dashboard, select any existing dashboard to add the report to it.

After you clicked +Create New Dashboard, then Dashboard Name field appears.
  5.  Enter a name of your choice in the Dashboard Name field and click Save.
The name of the newly created Dashboard appears in the dialog box.
  6.  Select the name of the dashboard (existing or new, where you want to add the report).
  7. Click Save.
  8.  On the report screen, click Apply.

  9. Go to Executive Dashboard screen.
  10.  From the left-hand side top, click the name of your dashboard to open.

  11. Click the setting icon beside the list of dashboards to set a report as default, duplicate, or delete.

You can choose from two types of view options to see the reports in your dashboard.
