Download various reports available with Aviso AI that can leverage to run your business better

The Reports screen in Aviso AI lets you view and download various reports on the ongoing sales and forecasts that can leverage to run your business better. After you log in to Aviso AI, from the left menu bar, click Reports to open the Reports screen. Click on any bar in the graph to view the details about it. You can also use various filters available with each report to shorten the data being shown in the report.
Here are the available reports that you can view from the Reports screen.
Forecast Reports | |
Current Quarter Progression | This report provides summary of your sales performance, pipeline, and forecast for the current year. |
Forecast Evolution | This report provides insights into evolution of your team's judgment over time compared to that of the last quarter taking forecast into consideration. |
Pipeline Reports | |
Pipeline Projection | This report provides current conversion rates compared to the same time in the last four quarters. |
Pipeline Sales Funnel | This report provides conversion rates of opportunity in a particular time period. |
Pipeline History | This report compares deal close dates against creation dates to track pipeline progression value. |
Win and Loss | This report provides data on how many deals did you win and lose in a particular time period. |
Pipeline Quality | This report provides a list of healthy deals with higher chances of getting closed in this quarter or the next quarter. |
Sales Leaderboard |
This report provides visibility into your team’s deals closing in a particular time period such as month, two months, and quarter. |
Pipeline Evolution | This report provides a summary of how your pipeline is evolved for the deals that are getting closed in a particular time period. |
Pipeline By Risk | This report shows pipeline by risks across the stages. |
Activity Reports | |
Activity Type With Contacts | This report provides you with visibility into all the activities that your sales representatives are involved in a particular date range. |
Account Engagement Activity | This report shows over all interaction with the buyers and highlights if there is any discrepancy. |
Hunting Farming Reports | This report identifies whether the sales representative be haves like a hunter or farmer. This report highlights sales reps' outbound and inbound sales interaction sand their key selling behaviors. |
Early Signal Churn | This report shows if any potential deal is at risk due to less interaction in a particular time period such as a month, a quarter, and so on. |
Active Inactive | This report shows the open deals in the current and next quarter categorized by different engagement grades |
Single- threaded versus Multi- threaded deals |
This report shows if your sales representatives are properly engaged with all decision-makers from the buyers. |
Rep Activity | This report shows how actively your sales representatives are engaged with the buyers. |
Conversational Intelligence Reports | |
Deals where pricing is mentioned | This report shows how frequently pricing was discussed by participants on a call. The report includes details on who mentioned the pricing and on which call. You can filter the accounts based on owner, categories, and stages. With stage filter, you can filter out early and late-stage deals where pricing is mentioned. It helps sales reps determine when it is appropriate to discuss pricing with prospects and adjust their strategy accordingly. |
Competitive won deals | This report shows the percentage and value of deals won where competition is mentioned. During the initial configuration, your competitor names are updated. |
Closing Deals without buyer's VP Participation | This report shows all the closing deals without the participation of VP from the buyer's side in the sales conversation. A deal that is closing without the participation of a buyer's VP indicates that the customer trusts the product and services of the seller. |
Closing Deals with internal VP Participation | The report shows all the closing deals with the VP's participation from the seller's side in the sales conversation. |

Pipeline Movement report
Here is an example of the Pipeline Movement report.
Click on any column on the report such as Starting Pipeline, New Opportunities, Pulled in - Pushed out, and so on to see the respective reports in tabular format. In this example, I clicked the CLOSED-WON column and the following report appeared showing all the closed-own deals in the quarter. Click any deal name on any report to open the deal details screen.
Deals where pricing is mentioned report
Here is an example of the Deals where pricing is mentioned report. In this example, in the "Number of meetings with pricing mentioned" column, if there are more than one meeting, click the value to have another report showing the meetings. Click any meeting on the report to open the meeting transcription.
