Pipeline Generated Coverage Ratio Pipeline Projection Performance Renewals

Understand the business risks and take corrective plans with real-time data of vital revenue health indicators through AI Adaptive Metrics. The AI ADAPTIVE METRICS shown on the Dashboard screen provide you with insight into important sales and revenue data in the form of questions or important metrics. Click any of the following questions in the AI ADAPTIVE METRICS section and a metrics type such as Pipeline Generated, Coverage Ratio, Performance, or Renewals to get real-time data about it. You can also customize the AI Adaptive metrics to get desired data about your revenue.

  • Do we have enough late-stage pipeline coverage to meet our current quarter forecast?
  • With unexpected churn, are we still on target to hit our net retention goals?
  • Are we addressing white space by generating a healthy mix of existing and net new business pipeline?
  • Do we have the right product mix in our pipeline?
  • Are all of our selling teams closing deals faster?
  • Are we sourcing and closing bigger deals compared to previous quarters?
  • How is my overall business doing over time across regions?
  • Do we have enough top of the funnel leads to meet pipe targets?

Pipeline Generated

Pipeline Generated Indicator shows the number of deals generated regardless of the outcome of the deals. This indicator helps you to understand which deals are completed and which do not generate revenue. Additionally, the Pipeline Generated indicator helps you to compare the average selling price of the past two quarters and the current quarter. By doing so, you can more accurately identify the percentage increase/decrease in current and past quarter average selling price.

Coverage Ratio

A Coverage Ratio indicates how many open deals are in the sales pipeline relative to the sales quota the team has closed. Aviso provides detailed insights into the current quarter along with the past quarter's coverage ratio. Using the coverage ratio, you can chart out your pipeline and identify which customers you are most likely to win based on early-stage commitments or late-stage commitments with high performance.

Pipeline Projection

The Pipeline Projection is a valuable indicator for forecasting sales in the next quarter. It provides the pipeline value of forecasted sales, as well as the quota and attainment for the next quarter. This allows businesses to see the early stage and late stage pipeline for the next quarter, and plan accordingly.
 

Performance

A Performance metric measures how well your sales team is doing in relation to its goals. Aviso's performance metric compares the amount won, average time to close, win rate, and amount lost in the current quarter with that of the previous two quarters. In this way, you can determine any trends and see if your quota is on track or if any areas need to be improved.

Renewals

Renewals in Adaptive Metrics show the total amount of opportunities in your hierarchy that are already renewed as well as those that are to be renewed. Aviso provides the comparative opportunity amount from the past and current quarters within your hierarchy. In this chart, renewal rate is also provided through which revenue leaders get to know their product's ability to deliver long-term value to its customers.
