View your sales reps’ performance
Evaluate your sales reps' performance to avoid any low performance affecting your sales and perform better in a sales quarter. Aviso AI lets you evaluate
your rep’s performance in the following ways:
- View high and low performs-
The leaderboard section in the Dashboard screen shows low and high performers in a quarter. For every rep in the low performers and high performers board, it shows the numbers of deals closed and the amount associated with the closed deals. Click menuicon beside the rep to view the deals that the rep is working on and join the coaching room if required.
- View performance reports-
The Reports screen lets you download various Rep activity-related reports that show what does your team’s performance looks like for the deals closing in a quarter.
