Aviso AI lets you write back to your CRM from Aviso AI. Open a deal from the Deals screen. CRM DETAILS section in the Details tab lets you view data from your CRM, open your CRM, and write back to your CRM. Any field with edit ( 
) icon is editable. As an admin, you can create a custom field and map it to your CRM so that you can write back to the respective field in the CRM. Talk to Aviso customer success manager to know more about creating custom fields.
