Note:

Perform the following steps to create a project in Google Cloud platform.

  1. Go to Google Cloud platform.
    Google Developer Cloud platform appears.
  2. Login with the administrator account in Google Cloud platform.

  3.  On Google Cloud Platform, there are two ways to create a project.
    • Click Create Project.
      A new page named New Project appears. Next, proceed to Step 3.
    • Click Selecta project.
      A dialog box appears. Select New Project.

      Note:

      While creating a new project, a Project ID is assigned to you by default. The Project ID is the globally unique identifier for your project. You cannot change the project ID after the project is created. To change the project ID, click Edit below the Project ID field.

       
  4.  In the Project Name field, enter the project name on the new page. For example, you may enter “GmailActivitiesInbox.”
  5. From the Organization dropdown list, select your organization. Your organization's name appears by default.
  6. Click Create.
    Your project is created. You are redirected to the dashboard, where your newly created project appears at the top bar of the page as shown below.
