Introduction
If you are using Gong and Aviso’s Conversational Intelligence platforms, Aviso lets you integrate with Gong so that you can minimize jumping forth and back between Gong and Aviso. From the integration, you can achieve any of the following:

Sync with Gong and have the choice of using both or anyone from Aviso or Gong’s platform
Using Gong’s APIs, Aviso pulls in sales call engagement data and gives you actionable insights into your sales.
Aviso pulls data at scheduled intervals, for example, once a day.
You may use both Gong and Aviso to compare the insights you get from both platforms,
which would help you make the choice of using better and more useful sales insights. -
Migrate sales engagement data from Gong to Aviso platform
If you decide to use Aviso’s Conversational Intelligence platform only,
this integration helps you migrate the sales engagement data from Gong to Aviso.
- Provide Aviso with the following data for the integration:
- Gong API secret and access key from Gong settings.
- Swagger file from Gong Settings.
- List of accounts for which you want to migrate the sales call engagement data from Gong or sync with Gong.
You can sync with or migrate sales engagement data of any
particular (active) deals or all the deals. Based on your requirements, the Aviso’s implementation team can configure it - Historic backfill start date
- Aviso users list with persona mapping
It helps the Aviso implementation team in creating deal rooms and assigning the deal rooms to the deal owners.
- What happens next?
- Based on your choice, whether you want to migrate or sync with Gong, Aviso pulls sales call engagement data.
- Aviso’s implementation team will create deal rooms and make the deal owner as deal room owner.
- If the deal owner is not an Aviso user, the Aviso implementation team will make another preferred Aviso user the deal owner, based on your instructions.
For example, you have a list of active deals and the deal owners are not Aviso users. You may want to assign these deals to a sales manager.
