Setup Outbound Rules for the shared mailbox
Next, you need to create an outbound rule so that all mail sent from an organization is bcc’d to the activity tracking account. Perform the following steps to setup outbound rules to your shared mailbox.
- Click on the + icon to create a new rule. These rules are for routing activity to the tracking account.
- Enter the following information to set up inbound rules.
- In the Name field, enter the name for the rule. In this case, you may enter Sales Activity Outbound.
- In the Do the following field, select Bcc the message to.
- In the Priority field, specify the priority level in numbers.
- In the Audit this rule with severity level checkbox, select the checkbox.
- In Choose a mode for this rule field, choose the Enforce radio button.
- You can configure the frequency of this rule by selecting a date range. Select the date from Activate this rule on the following date: field.
- You can configure the rule to be deactivated based on the entered date by clicking Deactivate this rule on the following date: field.
- Click Save.
Now, all the outgoing mails of the assigned users in Aviso Outlook Activity will be bcc'd to the shared mailbox.
