Access your office email from Aviso mobile app

Aviso lets you access your office email using Aviso mobile app. While you use Aviso mobile app to be on top of your sales, you can access your office email too using the same app, and you don't have to use multiple apps. The mailbox syncs with your office email in real time.
Note
Currently, the Aviso Mobile app supports only Gmail. If your organization uses Gmail services, you can sync and access your office email from Aviso mobile app.
Note
With the current capabilities, you can view all the email in your inbox and send a new email, but you can't reply to any email.
If you are using mailbox in Aviso mobile app for the first time, first you have to connect your Aviso mobile app to your office email. After you log in to your Aviso mobile app, tap on the More icon at the bottom and then tap on Mailbox.
You will be prompted to a Google authentication page. Enter the credentials of your office email.
You will receive an email confirmation. After this, the Aviso mobile app starts syncing with your office email.
Log email to CRM from Aviso mobile app
The Aviso mobile app lets you log email from your inbox to CRM. For example, if you want to log an email communication with a contact to CRM, you can do so easily from the Inbox in Aviso mobile app. Before logging an email to CRM, ensure that you have access to your office email from Aviso mobile app as mentioned in the preceding section. Perform the following steps to log email to CRM.
- Open your Aviso mobile app and go to Menu icon > Mailbox.
Your office email inbox opens in the Aviso mobile app. - Drag the email you want to log to CRM toward the left-hand side.
You can see Log and Trash options. - Tap on Log.

In this content, a screenshot of Aviso mobile app connected to Salesforce is used. However, you can log the email to your respective CRMs. - Tap on SelectContact beside Name and after your list of contacts appears, select the contact.
- Tap on SelectUser beside Assigned To and after your list of users appears, select a user.
- Select the due date, priority, and status from the respective fields and tap on the Save icon on top to log the selected email to CRM.
