Aviso mobile app lets you collaborate digitally with team members and prospects, and use various useful conversational intelligence features. These conversational intelligence features help you deep dive into conversations and get actionable insights. You can create separate WarRoom for different purposes such as meeting with a prospect, coaching a sales rep, discussing forecast, and any general sales-related discussions.

Use WarRooms for specific purposes from Aviso mobile app

After you log in to the Aviso mobile app, tap the WarRooms icon from the bottom to open the WarRooms screen. You can create a Collaboration Room and Coaching Room, View and access all the WarRooms, view all the recordings and meeting transcriptions, and deep dive into conversations using various conversational intelligence features. Currently, Aviso mobile app lets you create and access the following WarRooms:

Deals room - You can activate a deal room for a particular deal from the Deal details screen. However, you can access all the existing deal room that you are part of from the WarRooms. Deals room lets you schedule meetings with buyers of the deal.

Forecast room - You can activate a forecast room for a particular forecast from the Forecast screen. However, you can access all the existing forecast room that you are part of from the WarRooms.

Coaching room - You can activate a coaching room to coach your reps digitally from the WarRoom. You can activate coaching rooms for reps who are under your hierarchy.

Collaboration room - You can activate a collaboration room for any general sales- related discussions from the WarRoom.

Create a WarRoom from Aviso mobile app

Create a Deal room from Aviso mobile app

You can create a Deal room for a particular deal from the deal detail screen. However, after a deal room is created, you can access the deal room from the Deals screen and also the WarRooms screen.

1. Go to the Deals room and tap a deal to open the details of the deal.
2. On the top, tap on the Deals room (shake-hand) icon.
   
   
   The Activate Deal room pop up appears.
   
3. Tap on ActivateDealroom.
   The Activate deal room screen appears and lets you add the participants.
4.  In the Participants field, enter your participants.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5.  Tap Review.
6. Tap Activate.
   
   
   Your deal room is activated. You can schedule a meeting, start an instant meeting, join a meeting, share files, and do many activities in a deal room.

Create a Forecast room from Aviso mobile app

You can create a Forecast room from the Forecast screen. However, after a Forecast room is created, you can access the Forecast room from the Forecast screen and also the WarRooms screen.

1.  Go to the Forecast screen and tap on the Menu icon on the top.
   
   
2.  To start a forecast meeting, tap StartForecastCall.
   The Meet Now screen appears.
   
   
   If there are existing forecast meetings, you can view those by tapping View Forecast Room.
3. In the Participants field, enter the email IDs of the participants.
4. Tap StartMeeting.
   Your Forecast room is activated. You can schedule a meeting, start an instant meeting, join a meeting, share files, and do many activities in a Forecast room.

Create a Coaching room or Collaboration room from Aviso mobile app

You can create a Coaching room and Collaboration room from the WarRooms screen.

1.  Go to WarRooms and tap Create.
   
   
2.  Tap Collaboration Room or Coaching Room to create a Collaboration room or Coaching room respectively.
   Based on what you selected, different forms appear.
3. To create a Collaboration room, enter the room name and participants in
   the Room Name and Participant fields.
   
   
4. Tap Review.
5. Tap Activate.
   Your coaching room or collaboration room is created. You can schedule a meeting, start an instant meeting, join a meeting, share files, and do many activities in a Collaboration room and Coaching room.
