View Opportunity Map to evaluate upside deals and deals associated with risk Learn about the current-quarter sale and compare it with the AI forecasts using Aviso mobile app

The Dashboard screen in Aviso mobile app gives you a consolidated view of where your business stands and actionable insights with respect to sales forecasts, deals, and pipelines in a given quarter. After you log in, the Dashboard screen appears. From the Dashboard screen, you can navigate to the Deals, Forecast, WarRooms, and Menu (More) screens by tapping the icons at the bottom of the screen.

The Dashboard page shows the following:

When sales reps work with multiple deals, sometimes it's difficult to decide which deals require more attention and what can be parked for the next quarter. Wrong sales decisions can also affect your quota attainment in the current quarter. The Opportunity Map (Deals map) in Aviso AI drills down into all the deals and categorizes them with the risk, priority, and forecast levels involved to help you take the correct decision and achieve your quota in advance.

As shown in the image, the Opportunity Map has four quadrants separated by deals in forecast and not in forecast.

  • At-risk deals: The first quadrant shows all the deals you or your team included in the forecast but are identified by the AI to be at risk. These are the deals you expected to close in the current quarter but as AI has learned from the deals movement, these deals have fewer chances of closing in the current quarter.
  • Deals in focus: The second quadrant shows all the deals you or your team included in the forecast and are in Commit stage. Aviso AI also predicts that there are good chances of closing these deals in the current quarter and hence these deals deserve to be focused the most.
  • Upside deals: The third quadrant shows all the deals you didn't include in the forecast but analyzing the deals movement, Aviso AI predicts that there are good chances of these deals closing in the current quarter. You may evaluate and include these deals in forecast, which might compensate for the vacant created by the deals that are at risk.
  • Low priority: The fourth quadrant shows all the deals you didn't include in the forecast and Aviso AI also predicts that there is significantly less possibility of closing these deals in the current quarter. These deals should be the least focused to better utilize your time with the deals with better possibilities of closing in the current quarter.

Click any quadrant to see the associated deals. You can use the following filters to view deals more specific to deal categories, amount or count, and type of deals (new or renewal).

This section gives you visibility into sales performance in the current quarter. The graphical representation has AI forecast value, AI expected value, and booked value to compare the gaps among what is achieved, what was expected, and what AI forecasted to evaluate your sales performance at any point in current quarter

The following graphs show forecast to plan, and sales booked to plan values for specific sales groups. A box below each graph shows if the booked value at any given point in time is sufficient to achieve the forecast. It shows in green and red color to indicate whether you have achieved the expected sale or not respectively.
