Relationship Diagram

The AccountRelationshipDiagram is a key feature within the Accounts module of the Aviso Sales Web App that provides a visual representation of the interactions between the account team and the executives associated with a specific deal. This graph is designed to help sales teams understand the depth and frequency of engagement with key stakeholders, enabling them to build stronger relationships and tailor their approach effectively.

The graph displays the number of interactions between the account team members and the executives linked to the deal, such as meetings, calls, emails, or other communications. Each interaction is logged and categorized, offering insights into both the quantity and quality of engagement. By highlighting who among the account team has been interacting with which executive members, the graph ensures a clear understanding of relationship dynamics within the account.

Account Details

The AccountDetails section in the Aviso Sales Web App provides an in-depth view of key account information, focusing on the buyer champions and their engagement with the account team. It highlights current buyer champions—those key individuals driving decisions and advocating for the product or service—and identifies upcomingbuyer champions, who may be emerging as in uential players in future sales cycles.

This section goes beyond basic contact details by showcasing critical engagement metrics. Key highlights include the numberofcontacts, representing the total individuals involved with the account, and the engagementscore, which provides a numerical value assessing the level of interaction and relationship strength with the client. Additionally, the numberofinteractions indicates the total touchpoints or communication exchanges that have occurred, offering a clear measure of engagement activity.

The AccountDetails section also breaks down engagement at a more granular level. It identifies the mostengagedcontacts, helping the sales team focus on building and nurturing relationships with those who are most active or in uential. Furthermore, the section includes insights into latestinteractions, displaying recent communications and their outcomes. This breakdown allows teams to monitor real-time progress, follow up on recent discussions, and ensure no critical conversations are missed, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the sales process.
