Deep dive into a deal using Aviso mobile app

After you log in to the Aviso mobile app, tap the Deal icon from the bottom to open the Deals screen. It shows all the active deals in the current quarter accessible at your level.


Aviso mobile app lets you use filters and search options to find specific deals based on deals stages, risk associated, Aviso Win score, region, amount, category, close date, and so on, so you can easily find the required deals when you need them. Use the following options on the Deals screen in the Aviso mobile app to view a specific deal

  • Search option - enter the deal name or deal ID used in the CRM to find a particular deal.
  • Query - use queries such as deals that are in commit state, deals already owned, deals put in forecast, split deals, all deals, lost deals, deals from various regions, and many other available search criteria.
  • Sort by - use the sort by filter option to sort the result by amount, Aviso
    Winscore, Close date, opportunity name, and category.
  • Group by - use the group by filter option to group the deals by owner, category, and stage.

Deep dive into a deal using Aviso mobile app

From the list of deals on the Deals screen, tap on any deal to learn the key details of the deal. As shown in the following image, it shows whether a deal is in forecast or not, name, date of creation, amount, close date of the deal, and if there is any progress toward closing the deal. If there are any positive deal movements that would contribute to closing the deal, it shows an upward arrow in green color. The negative deal movements are accompanied by a downward arrow in red color. Click the star icon if you want to mark the deal as favorite. You can use the Query option as explained above to view all the deals marked as favorite.

Click the arrow icon against a deal to have a bird eye view and actionable insights into the deal, which can help you take corrective actions to close the deal. The deal details screen appears and it has three tabs as follows:

  • DETAILS
    It has CRM details section that shows all the data from CRM and lets you write back to CRM.
  • DEAL INSIGHTS
    It has useful deal insights such as Win Score Insights, Booking Timeline, Owner Insights, and Engagement Explanation.
  •  ACTIVITIES
