View Engagement grade to know how effective your interactions with your prospects are

Engagement grade shows the health of your communication with your prospects. Based on the interaction (call or email) between you and your prospect from the date of creating a deal, Aviso AI assigns engagement grade to every interaction. Every deal is assigned with an engagement grade, which is an average of all the engagement grades of the interactions made by every contact. The engagement grade ranges from A+ to D-, A+ being the highest grade and D- being the lowest grade.
Note:
Engagement score decreases when a rep doesn’t make any call or communication to a prospect for a certain period.
Aviso AI uses the following input to evaluate the Engagement grade of a deal:
- Last recorded interaction.
- Frequency of executive level engagement.
- Keywords used by the reps while interacting with the prospects
