View comprehensive sales analytics to understand your sales performance over a range of time
It’s important to know how your deals in every category move and the ow to understand how your pipeline and forecast were changed. For example, why a commit deal was not closed, how a pipeline deal was delayed, and so on. But with huge quantity of data and attributes make it’s hard to get the data from CRM and study using an excel sheet. The Analytics screen in Aviso AI, with its intuitive UI, displays a sankey chart to give you insights into pipeline ow between any two points. The Sankey chart helps you easily review deals that had positive, negative, or no moment, dive deeper into each ow, and review pipeline changes within the forecast.
After you log in to Aviso AI, from the left menu bar, click Analytics to open the Analytics screen. By default, the Analytics tab shows these changes in a week from the present day. However, if you want to see the changes with a different time frame, go to the Trend screen and select two points from the deep blue line that indicates the forecasts line.
Select Pipeline¸ Pipeline Flow, and Aviso Forecast to view the change in pipe, deals (closed or lost), and forecast respectively. Hover your mouse cursor over a change to see more about the change. Click a ow in the chart to open details of the associated deal such as Aviso Win score, name of the owner, difference in contribution, change in amount, and the reasons that contributed to the change. You can download the analytics data by clicking the download ( ) icon.
