The deal details page helps deep dive into a deal to better prepare and take the right actions to close the deal. From Deals screen, click a deal to open the deal details page. The deal detail page has deal amount, close date, category, stage, Win score, Aviso ranking, and the following tabs and sections to give you in-depth visibility and insights into the detail of a deal.
Note
These tabs are configured by your admin. Based on the configuration, you may see some or all the tabs with these names or different names.
- Details- It has CRM details section that shows all the data from CRM and lets you write back to CRM. Click View in CRM to open your CRM directly from Aviso AI.
- History- It has Timeline of changes section that shows changes to the amount, close date, category, and stage.
- Relationship- The Relationship diagram helps you learn the state of engagement with every contact in a deal.
- Org Chart- The Org Chart lets you view all the contacts and hierarchy on a single pane and dig more about the contacts.
- Deal Room- Deal room lets you use a dedicated collaboration workspace to discuss about deals. This deal room serves as a collaboration workspace for the team that is involved in the deal. The team can consist of members from legal, pricing, procurement, presales, proposal team, and so on. You can activate and join a deal room from this space.
- To-Dos- Any action of item you get from email is tagged as a to-do and the To-Dos section reflects it. Once you act on a to-do, you can dismiss it to make the To-Dos section clear.

Meeting History-shows all previous conversations with the clients associated with the deal.

You must be a part of Deal Room to view the Meeting History.
To join a deal room, perform the following steps:
- Under Meeting History, click Join Deal Room. A new page in Deals tab appears.
- In the Deals screen, click Join Deal Room.
You are added to the Deal Room. You can now view the deal's Meeting History.
- Deals insights- It has useful deal insights such as Win score, Booking timeline, Relationship, Owner, and Owner activity insights.
- Comments- This section lets you comment and make your comment visible to you only, your manager, or public.
