The deals insights give you deal-specific insights to learn the current state of a deal and various actionable insights that would help you close the deal. After you open a deal from the Deal screen, the deal insights are on the right-hand side, just below the Meeting history pane.

Click the tabs at the bottom of the insights to open the insights.

Here are the insights that you can view from the insights pane:

Win score Insights

Win score insights gives the top factors that lead to a current score. For example, when a deal remains at the same stage for more than n days, the Win score may decline. Insights from Win score include multiple factors, including the stage of the deal, its duration, probability, other deals in the same stage, and more.

Booking Timeline Insights

Booking Timeline insights gives you insights into closing timelines of the deal and shows if the deal is ON time or not. Booking Timeline gives you insights into how far a deal is likely to close in EOQ and its probability.

Relationship Insights

Relationship insights gives you insights into all the communications made with your contacts, next steps updated, and executives involved while working on the deal. You can view the complete interaction, including inbound, outbound, and email conversations. It also notifies you if there are any contacts missing in the CRM and a lack of communication such as when there is no interaction with the most engaged contact in the last seven days or there is no key role in the contacts.

You can add the missing contacts to the CRM using Contact Auto-population.

Perform the following steps to see the details of interactions over time.

  1. Under Relationship Insights, click Viewmore link beside Interactions over Time. Engagement Over Time screen appears.
  2.  Click the drop-down from the upper left-hand side of the screen and select the time range for which you want to see the engagement. By default, it shows for four weeks.
    Engagement over time screen shows the following graph with communications over time and the detailed information to help you stay on top of the communication. For every activity in the graph, it shows the number of occurrences. You can click any activity to open the respective activity summary.

    • Emails
      Aviso AI tracks not only past email conversations but also the emotions, email length, and intent of each conversation. It categorizes them in such a way that the most relevant info is laid out for you in an easily digestible format. Here are some insights from the email conversations that you can view:

 

 

 

 

Subject and Sender

You can see the subject of the email address, the sender's name, email address, designation, and other details.

Note

The Subject and Sender column also shows the designation of the sender. This feature comes only if you have configured it.

 

 

Emotion & Length You can see the length of words in the email body and the emotion the email tone conveys.
Content You can see the content of all the email conversations.
Date & Time You can see the date and time of the email exchange.
Intention You can view the intent behind the email.
Number of Attachments You can see the total number of attachments with the email.
  •   Meetings

    See all your meeting insights in one place. Meetings section provides you with deeper access to valuable data from all your meetings. You can see all the meetings that pertain to an opportunity and filter it out by meeting type (Inbound and Outbound). Here are some insights from the email conversations that you can view:
  •  Next Steps
    This section shows the Next Steps saved in the CRM along with timeline.
  • Competitor Mentions
    This section provides a breakdown of your competitor mentions in a conversation. Here are some insights from the competitor mentions in a conversation:
  •  Objection Moments
    Aviso AI tracks customer objections and provides meaningful insights on objection moments. Here you some insights that you get in this section:

    You can view the content from the email where the objection moment is present by clicking on the arrow.
     
  • Positive Moments Aviso AI extracts topics from sales conversations and identifies positive moments within those topics, and presents this data in an easy-to-understand way.
Topic You can see the topics that represent positive moments in a conversation.
Number of Mentions You can see the number of times the positive moments were discussed in a conversation.
Last Mentioned You can view the name of the contact who most recently had a positive moment in the interaction.
Timeline In this section, you can see the complete timeline of topics with positive moments.

You can view the content from the email where the positive moment is present by clicking on the arrow.

Owner Insights

Owner insights gives you insights into the deal owner’s achievement in closing deals in the past.

Owner - Activity Insights

Owner - Activity Insights gives you insights into the activities performed by the owner in closing the current deal. It includes any deviation from the usual course of closing a deal.

Sentiment Score Insights

The Sentiment score insights captures sentiment scores of all the meetings held for the particular deal over time. The sentiment score ranges from -1 to +1 and indicates how positive or negative the emotion is. The insights section below the graph provides key updates from the meetings and reminds you of any important milestone that is due. For example, in the following screenshot, the deal close date is in the next ten days but pricing has not been discussed yet. It helps you understand the sentiments from all the meetings, which can help you define further communication or actions to close the deal.
