Routing enables you to manage multiple users' accounts. The feature allows you to specify which user accounts are able to access the inbound and outbound messages in a shared mailbox. Perform the following steps to configure routing for mailbox.

  1.  Log in to Google admin console. Google admin console appears.
  2.  Go to Apps.

  3. Click on Google Workspace.
A list of all the google services appears.

  4. Click on Gmail.

    Settings page for Gmail appears.
  5. Scroll down and find the Advanced settings. Click Advanced settings.

After clicking in advance settings, you can view general settings and routing options.
  6. Click on the Alias email address. In this case Aviso Sales Team.

After clicking on Aviso Sales Team, you can find Configure option under Routing.
  7. Click Configure.
A new page called Edit setting appears.
  8. Check both the inbound and outbound boxes.

  9. Under Also deliver to click the checkbox named Add more recipients. All other options should be left unchanged.

  10. In case you need to restrict specific emails/domains while forwarding to the email account, follow Additional - Bypass specific email addresses/domain steps and Additional - Only allow specific email addresses/domains steps, otherwise skip these steps and click Save.
