Get started with Lead Intelligence
After you log in to Aviso, from the menu, click Lead Intelligence to open the Lead Dashboard. The Lead Intelligence screen appears and gives a comprehensive view of details of your leads.
Select a value from the fiter to view some specific leads. Select All Leads to view all the available leads.
Aviso refreshes the leads details by fetching live data from your CRM at a specified interval.
However, you can also manually refresh by clicking on the refresh icon at the top.
Click +Create to add a new filter. (Rashmi to help)

Stay on top of your leads using Leads Dashboard
The Leads Intelligence dashboard provides you with a comprehensive overview of your leads and valuable insights to optimize your lead management strategy. On the Leads Intelligence page, click Dashboard to open the Leads Intelligence Dashboard.
The Leads Intelligence Dashboard features the following reports:
Number of Leads by Score
This report categorizes your leads based on their assigned scores, helping you identify high-potential leads that are more likely to convert into customers.
From the dropdown list, you can select the number of days.
Statistics for Lead Status
Gain insights into the current status of your leads, including how many are in different stages of the sales process such as new, contacted, qualified, and closed. From the dropdown list, you can select the number of days.
Number of Campaigns and Conversion Rate
Track the performance of your marketing campaigns by monitoring the number of campaigns launched and the conversion rate of leads generated through these campaigns. From the dropdown list, you can select the number of days.
Conversion Rate, Value, and Volume of Own Deals
Get a detailed analysis of your conversion rates, the total value of deals closed, and the volume of deals won, providing valuable metrics to measure your sales team's effectiveness.
Time Taken to Close
Understand the average time it takes for leads to progress through the sales pipeline and convert into customers, allowing you to streamline your sales process and improve efficiency.
Lead Conversion by Source
Identify the most effective sources of leads by analyzing conversion rates from different channels such as website inquiries, social media, referrals, and more.
Leads Funnel
Visualize the journey of your leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion, enabling you to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize your lead nurturing strategies.
