Understanding account-level relationship plays a vital role while examining the status of a deal. As a sales rep, you must be aware of where you have relationship gaps to address and mitigate potential risks. As a sales leader, you must track all the interactions made by your sales reps over time, who are least engaged, and who are properly engaged with the accounts. Aviso captures all the interactions made through email and calendar and provides you with a relationships diagram to view all the interactions made over time with a bird- eye view. Every participating team member in the relationship diagram appears with the engagement score and is tagged under the appropriate seniority level such as Executive, Mid Senior, Manager, and so on. This helps you evaluate whether a rep is engaged with contacts with the appropriate seniority levels or not.

Identify your buyer champions
A buyer champion is a pivotal advocate within a prospective customer's organization who actively supports, promotes, and advocates for the purchase of a product or service. This individual typically holds in9uence, credibility, and authority within their organization, and they play a crucial role in navigating the buying process and overcoming internal obstacles. The buyer champion is also a trusted ally who helps the salesperson understand the organization's needs, goals, challenges, and decision-making dynamics. Aviso reads the Key Champions and Next Best Champions from the CRM fields and shows them on the Relationship page with designation and the last interaction.
